By accessing the Consumers Trust or its content, visiting its pages, submitting information to this site, as a visitor, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, in whole or in part, with the terms and conditions listed below, you may not use Consumers Trust website.
1. Consumers Trust platforms are a non-generic online social networks aimed at consumers and businesses publicly sharing their consumer experiences, where both are internet users.
2. Consumers Trust does not replace the entities responsible for regulating and arbitrating consumption or consumer protection and support, or any other public or private entity with jurisdiction to settle, manage or adjudicate consumer disputes.
3. Users are solely and exclusively responsible for the content of the messages they post on Consumers Trust platforms.
4. The messages and opinions expressed by Consumers Trust platforms’s users only reflect their opinions and views, and in no way reflect the opinion of Consumers Trust or its owners.
5. Identification of the claimed entity is made according to the information provided by the complainant and contains the distinctive data and signals publicly disclosed on the internet and in relation to consumers.
6. Consumers Trust does not make any value judgments about the content of complaints, messages and comments published by users.
7. Acceptance of these terms and conditions does not exempt you from reading our Privacy and Data Protection Policy, which is required to be read. If you do not agree with it, please do not use Consumers Trust

Consumers Trust reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify and update these terms and conditions of use, which will be valid from the date of modification and/or modification.

Our commitment
This Privacy and Data Protection Policy has been drawn up in accordance with current national and European legislation on the protection of individuals against the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (Law 67/98 of 26 October and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016). The Consumers Trust services do not require any form of registration, allowing you to visit our site without telling us who you are. The Consumers Trust may collect and process information about your visit to this site, such as the pages you visit, the site you came from, and some of the research you conducted. With whom do we share your personal data?
The content of complaints and comments that you insert in Consumers Trust are, by the very nature of this platform, publicly visible to any user and may be shared on social networks of which Consumers Trust is part, such as facebook, twitter, google + and others. As for the personal data you provide in the registration process or complaint form, the Consumers Trust will not sell, share or distribute it to third parties. Only the entity targeted by your complaint will have access to the personal data we collect on the complaint form: your full name, email address, taxpayer number, telephone contact and, optionally, your address. The disclosure of this data is intended to enable the complainant to correctly identify the reported situation and to contact him directly. If you choose to attach copies of contracts, receipts or other supporting documents to your complaint, they will only be visible to the intended entity, unless you check in the appropriate box to make them public. Except for the intended entity, we will not assign your data to third parties for any purpose. In any event, we will always require the complainant to undertake the process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and national and European legislation on the protection of individuals against the processing of personal data.
How long do we keep your personal data?
Without prejudice to other deadlines provided for in the legislation in force, namely tax, accounting and contractual liability, data collected through this site will be kept for as long as the user is registered and will be deleted when the user requests their deletion or registration in accordance with the following point.
Right of opposition, information, access, portability, rectification and deletion of data
